This Privacy Policy explains how Golden Nova Agency LLC ("Golden Nova," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use Nova OS and our related websites and services at usenovaos.com and gna-marketing.com (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to this Policy.

2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account & contact details — your name, email, phone number, business name, and password when you sign up or contact us.
- Booking details — when someone books a call through our scheduling tools, we collect their name, email, phone (if provided), business name, chosen time, and answers to any booking questions.
- Content you add — leads, contacts, notes, messages, and other data you enter into Nova OS to run your business.
- Payment details — handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
Information we collect automatically
- Basic usage and device data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) to keep the Services secure and reliable.
Google user data & Google Calendar
If you choose to connect your Google account, we request permission to view your email address and to manage events on your Google Calendar (the calendar.events scope). We use this access only to:
- create, update, and cancel calendar events for the bookings you receive through Nova OS, and
- attach a Google Meet link and reminders to those events.
We do not read, store, sell, or use the contents of your calendar for advertising or any purpose other than the booking features you enabled. We store a secure Google refresh token so the connection keeps working; you can revoke it at any time from within Nova OS ("Disconnect") or from your Google Account permissions.
Limited Use disclosure. Nova OS's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
3. How we use information
- To provide, operate, and improve the Services (CRM, scheduling, outreach, content, and reports).
- To create and manage bookings and send confirmations and reminders by email and calendar invite.
- To respond to your requests and provide support.
- To protect the security and integrity of the Services and comply with legal obligations.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers that help us operate the Services — for example, Google (calendar sync), our email delivery provider (Resend), and our hosting infrastructure — under agreements that limit their use of the data to providing services to us.
- To comply with the law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, safety, and property of Golden Nova, our users, or the public.
- In a business transfer, such as a merger or acquisition, subject to this Policy.
5. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, and afterward only as required to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. You may ask us to delete your data (see Section 7).
6. Security
We use industry-standard measures — encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and secure token storage — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to respond promptly to any incident.
7. Your rights & choices
- Access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing support@usenovaos.com.
- Disconnect Google at any time to immediately revoke our calendar access.
- Opt out of non-essential emails using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
8. Children
The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. International users
The Services are operated from the United States. If you use them from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be processed in the U.S.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
